Exchange Policy

Conditions for Exchange/Return

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Crocs offers easy exchanges and returns under the following conditions:

  • You may exchange or return products that are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • How to Exchange/Return:
    • In-store: Visit a Crocs store to exchange or return items.
    • By Mail: Ship the item to our return address using a postal service of your choice. You will be responsible for the return shipping ​costs unless the product was damaged or defective.
